Received in the original box. Well packed by Nilfisk. Assembled in 2 minutes, handle and body. All accessories store conveniently, using inbuilt storage.Used the rotating nozzle on lance - cleaned driveway after 10 yrs in 8 hrs over 2 days - with no problems whatsoever and washed 2 large cars. Used the variable lance to wash debris to one corner. Just make sure your household hose has a hozelock connector and no kinks during operation, as the pump will suck no water, possibly damaging the pump. Safety cut off and not a drip in sight.Fantastic product 2 yr warranty, aluminium pump, 120bar, 1700W motor what more do you need. BUT didnt think much of the patio washer or the foaming bottle. I intend to get a foam lance anyhow so no worries. I am very happy with this pressure washer and thoroughly recommend. Also not so noisy in operation.

bought from amazon because i was using a gift card, but seems the cheapest around.hose when set up is very reasonable for price but you need to put it all together, had to buy extras bits due to location of outside tap, instructions absolutley pants , had to use my imagination but got there in the end. Woman user so good job I am practical as someone less able to cope with diy or an elderly person might find it difficult to set up. didnt notice any ,"you will need to self assemble" on write up. hose only kinks if you dont unreel it properly dont unreel from the side. Did think it was wall mountable but is not.
